Similar to an exterior inspection, the PCR provides you with a property's current physical condition, identifying any material characteristics that could influence its insurability and marketability.

Positive & negative neighborhood characteristics (e.g., parks & railroad tracks) that may have an impact on the property's value.

The Inspection Process

When all your order(s) are in the cart, checkout and make payment.

Order confirmation & Tracking codes are sent to the email address (provided in the checkout).

You will receive email notifications with a PDF of the completed inspection attached within 3-5 days (In most cases within 24-48 hours).

If the order is unable to be completed, you will be notified promptly by email and a refund will be processed within 5 business days.

provide access details if the property is located in a gated community or other circumstances where we are unable to get access.
There is no trip charge for a gated community, if:

Inspection Contact Information
We require a point of contact when conducting the inspection. The contact will be notified by phone/email when and where the inspector conducts the inspection.
