No, we do not require you to sign any contract for the end of the Tenancy cleaning service, all we require at the time of booking the end of the tenancy cleaning service is the day, date, and time and signing of a service agreement. We have other cleaning packages if you need weekly or monthly cleaning services that are monthly contracts. 


What is An End of Tenancy Cleaning?


End-of-the-tenancy cleaning service will include a thorough deep cleaning of all areas of your property before moving out. The deep cleaning will include

Prices may vary depending on the area, The prices mentioned above include single oven only. A general estimate cost for service range from $400 – $2000 depending on the size of your home (SF), # of bathrooms and kitchens, and the amount of build-up (dust, grease, grime, soap scum, hard water.)

How Long can it take for the End of the Tenancy clean?


This will depend entirely on the size of the property and how dirty it is. All properties are different, for example, a 3 bedroom home would take 2 cleaners 4-5 hours each on a standard cleaning. The price would be starting at $189 (Again this depends on the size of the property and the condition of the property) for the sake of this example $189 x 5 hours= $945 for 2 cleaners and 5 hours of services with no additional add ons such as extra ovens. Each month we have a special of a set price for a $700 flat rate make sure you ask if the special is going on at the time of service you are booking. 


Do you Require a Deposit?


Normally payment is through bank transfer or card payment no Cash or Checks. A 60% deposit is required for cleaning services above $100, which is Non-Refundable. Ex. $75 deposit. 


Do you provide cleaning materials and equipment?


Yes, We provide Materials & Equipment. The key to a good end-of-tenancy clean is to use Professional Materials & Equipment.


Is the Oven Cleaning Included?


Yes. single oven cleaning is included but if you have any other oven there will be an additional fee so please indicate the type of Oven you have at the time of booking the service.


Do I have to Defrost the Property Freezer in Advance?


We charge $100 extra to defrost the freezer, so it is a good idea to let the freezer defrost overnight. Please be aware of where the water will go when it has defrosted.
