To be a candidate for employment, you must have at least one to three (1-3) years of experience working in the domestic/hospitality setting industry cleaning or organizing in the U.S. or have equivalent training, must be 21 years of age or older, must be U.S. Citizen or have a work permit, must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, reliable transportation, have excellent verifiable references (letters of recommendation a plus), EIN, worker's man compensation and business liability insurance and be willing to make at least a one (1) year commitment as a 1099 independent contractor, if you meet our ninety-day probation timeline guidelines (the 3 months will be included into your 1-year 1099 contract commitment.

What is worker’s compensation insurance?

Each state administers their own worker’s compensation system, and the requirements vary. Some states require that you have a policy, while others make it voluntary.
What is a 1099 Independent Contractor?
Worker's filing income as a 1099 independent contractor- the worker is theoretically treated as an outside self-employed proprietor, responsible for her own taxes and insurance fill out a W-9 form here.

Typical Day
Clean commercial offices (attorneys' offices, banks, corporate settings pull trash, dust and wipe, clean restrooms and break-rooms, sweep mop & vacuum.- NO HEAVY DUTY FLOOR MACHINES. You will be responsible to show up and sign in, cleaning following the designated checklist, then locking up and sign out from your assigned accounts during pre-scheduled time windows on a weekly basis.
Must be able to pass a background check
Compensation: $14.00- $20.00 per hour
Temporary Position pays $100-$250 per day
Schedule: Evenings, 5 hours max
