How Long can it take for End of Tenancy clean?


This will depend entirely on the size of the property and how dirty it is. All properties are different, for example, a 3 bedroom home would take 2 cleaners 4-5 hours each on a standard cleaning. The price would be starting at $189 (Again this depends on the size of the property and the condition of property) for the sake of this example $189 x 5 hours= $945 for 2 cleaners and 5 hours of services with no additional add ons such as extra ovens. Each month we have a special of a set price for $700 flat rate make sure you ask if the special is going on at the time of service you are booking. 


Do you Require Deposit?


Normally payment is through bank transfer or card payment no Cash or Checks. 60% deposit is required for cleaning services above $100, which is Non-Refundable unless cancelled within 24-hours before the clean starts.


Do you provide cleaning materials and Equipments ?


Yes, We provide Materials & Equipment. The key to a good end of tenancy clean is to use Professional Materials & Equipment.


Is the Oven Cleaning Included?


Yes. single oven cleaning is included but if you have any other oven there will be an additional fee so please indicate the type of Oven you have at the time of booking the service.


Do I have to Defrost the Property Freezer in Advance?


We charge $100 extra to defrost the freezer, so it is a good idea to let the freezer defrost overnight. Please be aware of where the water will go when it has defrosted.
